Refund Policy-

• You are eligible for a refund once we have received your payment in our bank account for our personal styling service, courses, or bridal services.

• You can raise a refund request within 7/14 days prior to your booking date.

• You need to reach out to us via email or social media with your refund request and then only we can raise your ticket. Don’t worry we won’t ask a single question about why you want a refund.

• Our refund processing time solely depends on the payment provider we use and banks. Though, we would request you to kindly wait for 7 to 10 business working days, before raising another refund ticket.
